Our strawberries are sourced direct from a Sunshine Coast family farm. The strawberries we use are perfectly ripe but are a little over or undersized.

Sunkissed strawberries from Queensland
Queensland's Sunshine Coast is famous for its strawberry farms and we have formed a wonderful friendship with one local strawberry growing family. They even call us when they have spare berries that they don't want to see go to waste. These strawberries might be undersized, oversized, heavily rained on, hail damaged or rejected for some other reason. We collect the berries farm direct and take them straight into our kitchen for preparation.
I’m so glad we found this product. The first time I smelt it I was instantly reminded of homemade jams from my childhood. I only wish I had a fresh scone and cream right there and then to slather it on. We love it.
