Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soft butter
- 2/3 cup raw sugar
- 1 egg
- 6 tbs Ruby Grapefruit Marmalade
- 1.5 cups self raising flour
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Cream together butter and sugar. Then add the egg
- Add the marmalade and flour
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a baking tray covered with baking paper. Don’t over crowed your tray, the cookies will expand during baking
- Bake for around 10 minutes
- Cool on a wire rack
