Ingredients
- 1 jar (100ml) of Quince Paste
- 200ml apple cider vinegar
- 50ml olive oil
- pinch of sea salt
Method
- Scoop the quince paste into a small saucepan.
- Add the vinegar, oil and salt and heat up slowly.
- Stir till quince paste has dissolved, then take off the heat.
- Brush your glaze over meats such as duck, ham, chicken or lamb before and during roasting in the oven. Quince glaze is also delicious to be used as a cooking liquid for carrots or to be poured over oven roast vegetable.
